With expertise in curriculum design, team leadership, training delivery, LMS management, and instructional design, Louis is a strategic planner who enhances efficiency and contributes to every aspect of business success.
My Story
Based in New York City, I’ve been leading Training and Development initiatives since 2015, beginning with a unique opportunity to create the training program for a then-startup e-commerce company called Saatva. In just three years, Saatva was featured in Forbes magazine as one of America’s fastest-growing companies and has since grown into a brand valued at over $500 million.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats—Director of Training, Director of Sales, Head of People—and consulting for countless businesses, each with distinct needs and challenges. This breadth of experience has allowed me to transform organizations of all sizes, from ambitious startups to large, publicly traded companies.
Over the past six years, I’ve focused my expertise in the healthcare and health tech sectors. However, my passion and skills extend beyond these fields, as I also specialize in e-commerce, customer service, sales, and hospitality organizations. My goal is to build training programs that not only elevate team performance but also align with each company’s unique culture and vision.
